We want you to love your Cushows purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

Standard returns: 14 days

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery. You choose: a refund or an exchange. Return pickup is free.

120 Nights Challenge: memory foam pillows

Our memory foam pillows also come with the Cushows 120 Nights Challenge, which lets you try your pillow for up to 120 nights. It's separate from standard returns. To take part, register your pillow at support@cushows.com within 48 hours of delivery. Full terms are on our 120 Nights Challenge page.

Before you send it back

  • Please make sure the product isn't damaged or spoilt with soiling, tears or stains, and is in donatable condition.
  • Please return the pillow cover with the pillow.

How to start a return or exchange

Fill in our Return & Exchange form, or email us at support@cushows.com with your order ID and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll arrange a free pickup and take it from there.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days:

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to the bank account details you share with us.

Damaged on arrival?

Send a photo of the product to support@cushows.com within 48 hours of delivery. You choose: a refund or a replacement.

Good to know

  • Purchases from third-party sellers or distributor channels (such as Amazon, Pepperfry or Seniority) may follow different return terms. The 120 Nights Challenge does apply to Amazon purchases, as set out on the 120 Nights Challenge page.
  • Products bought from unauthorised sources aren't eligible.
  • Each product type can be returned or exchanged once per customer or shipping address. Later orders of that same product type aren't eligible for another return or trial.
  • Products shipped outside India aren't eligible for return.
  • The Cushows team makes the final decision on all return and refund requests.

FAQS


Currently we are proving Memory Foam and Luxury Super Soft Foam with Latex Feel.
Memory foam, also called visco-elastic polyurethane foam, gets its name from its ability to remember its original form and slowly return to it after being compressed. Memory foam is sensitive to temperature and pressure, thus easily moulds to the shape of an individual’s body.

If you are looking for a lighter feel, more bounce and a faster response time, then super soft foam with latex feel should be your choice. With infusion of cooling gel it has less heat retention and a better cooling, giving you the comfort of natural latex. Memory foam slowly contours to your body trying to mould to a very exact shape whereas super soft foam with latex feel allows sinkage and compression resulting in more of a generalised compression around the body.

All the products are made fresh on order, hence you may find an odor in the pillow, leave it to airdry for 4-5 hours and the smell will dissipate.

Please use spot clean only for the pillow. For the covers you can handwash or dry clean in case of leather covers. Please do not wash the foam pad.

While placing the order you will receive an order number. Visit track order, add that number and see all the live updates of your order.

Visit return & exchange page and fill up the form. Mention the reason to return or exchange. Once we receive your request, our team will assist you with it.

Send us a picture of your product within 48hrs at support@cushows.com and our team will take immediate action.

Yes, you can before the order is shipped. All you have to do is login to your account and edit the address.

We have free shipping for all our customers.
But if you choose for cash on delivery, then you will have to pay an additional 75/- INR on your order.

If the order has been placed and you wish to change any details, then you can write to us at support@cushows.com.

If you are not available to take delivery, when the courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated after contacting our support team.

Warranty, Offers & Refunds


Once we get the product back, within 7 working days you’ll get the refund.
Cushows carry a 15-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers) where we will repair or replace your pillow, at our discretion. To learn more about it visit our warranty page.
