Terms of service

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Cushows reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without informing the customer.

Standard delivery for all Cushows products across India is free. There is no hidden cost at checkout.

Delivery of goods will take place at the address entered during the order process. In case you want to change the delivery address after the order is placed and before dispatch, please call us at +91 9910599388 or write an email to support@cushows.com. Cushows will try its best to accommodate this change but this is not guaranteed. Delivery of all products will happen at the front door of the property.

Goods are only delivered by Cushows or by a third party contracted to undertake logistics on our behalf.

For logistical reasons, Cushows reserves the right to split shipments.

Payment

Payment for Cushows products are made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Internet Banking.

EMI offer is applicable only with the top banks which have tie ups with our payment gateway.

Currently we are proving Memory Foam and Luxury Super Soft Foam with Latex Feel.
Memory foam, also called visco-elastic polyurethane foam, gets its name from its ability to remember its original form and slowly return to it after being compressed. Memory foam is sensitive to temperature and pressure, thus easily moulds to the shape of an individual’s body.

If you are looking for a lighter feel, more bounce and a faster response time, then super soft foam with latex feel should be your choice. With infusion of cooling gel it has less heat retention and a better cooling, giving you the comfort of natural latex. Memory foam slowly contours to your body trying to mould to a very exact shape whereas super soft foam with latex feel allows sinkage and compression resulting in more of a generalised compression around the body.

All the products are made fresh on order, hence you may find an odor in the pillow, leave it to airdry for 4-5 hours and the smell will dissipate.

Please use spot clean only for the pillow. For the covers you can handwash or dry clean in case of leather covers. Please do not wash the foam pad.

Along with the promise of a good night’s sleep, we also promise to respect your decision without asking any questions. While placing the order you will receive an order number. Visit track order, add that number and see all the live updates of your order.

Sorry, as of now we don’t. However you can subscribe to us, we will update you as soon as we ship internationally.

Visit return & exchange page and fill up the form. Mention the reason to return or exchange. Once we receive your request, our team will assist you with it.

You can login to your account and cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped already. In case it is shipped then call or write to us at support@cushows.com | + 91 9999451498.

Send us a picture of your product within 48hrs at support@cushows.com and our team will take immediate action.

Yes, you can before the order is shipped. All you have to do is login to your account and edit the address.

We have free shipping for all our customers.
But if you choose for cash on delivery, then you will have to pay an additional 75/- INR on your order.

If the order has been placed and you wish to change any details, then you can write to us at support@cushows.com.

If you are not available to take delivery, when the courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated after contacting our support team.

Warranty, Offers & Refunds


Once we get the product back, within 7 working days you’ll get the refund.
Cushows carry a 15-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers) where we will repair or replace your pillow, at our discretion. To learn more about it visit our warranty page.
